Integral flat refurbishment on vila de gràcia disctrict – Barcelona

The work consists in the refurbishment of an apartment located in a late nineteenth century building at a narrow street the old town of Gràcia in Barcelona.

It’s a surprise the lighting quality thanks to the many openings northwest oriented and its corner situation facing a widening of the street. The new distribution releases the corner to the living room in a large space that reveals the old distribution thanks to the conservation of hydraulic tiles floor, which have been polished to highlight their ornamental character in the final result.
